The newest of the Land collection. Using beans from a small family farm in South Cotabato these special beans produce a chocolate which has subtle biscuity notes throughout (a bit like having a chocolate digestive in solid chocolate form). It finishes with a lovely oaty finish and although it has the strongest percentage in the Land range its a very mild palatable dark chocolate.
