As close as you can get to a single origin white chocolate. The cocoa butter used comes from Nicaragua and retains a lovely natural chocolate aroma with even some slight acidity. Mixed together with a milk powder which has been heavily toasted to bring out a biscuity aroma, sprinkled with Nicaraguan cocoa nibs to add a lovely crunch and intense fruity/acidic note to create a unique tasting white chocolate.
