Firstly all of our packaging has come from and is recyclable or compostible.
Please don't expect a shipping note of your goods inside your parcel, we are trying to minimise unnecessary use of materials, this is all available on your account or confirmation email.
Delivery costs start at 4.99 for a small parcel and 6.99 for a large parcel. We aim for your goods to be with you within 2 working days from shipping.
*Due to the high number of orders both with us and with Hermes, delivery may be a little longer.
Collection:
If you do live in the Epping Essex (CM16) area then you can come and collect your parcel for free from my home.
Returns:
Unfortunately due to the nature of products such as pasta/herbs/spices/legumes/oats and anything which comes in open packaging these can't be returned for hygiene reasons. However any cans/teabags/unopened goods you have 14 days to return the items should they not be up to standards.
